Data Conditions

• Data usage is measured as downloads only to produce the shapeable total. 
• Internet data is transmitted via a transparent cache. 
• Data Transferred between ADSL connections on the Network within the same state is not metered.
• Data uploaded to data downloaded is not to exceed a ratio of 3:1, respectively.
• Unused included data from one billing cycle is not carried forward to the next.
• No Excess data fees apply to any of the speeds.
• Service will be shaped once included data amount has been reached.
• Shaping will apply to Peak and Off-peak independently.
• Shaping does not apply to the 256/64 and 512/128 speed plans

Set-up fees & other charges

For each service:

• a once-only set-up fee of $99.00.
• an early termination fee of $60.00 if the service is disconnected within the first 6 months of the contract.
• a fee of $38.00 for change of plan (e.g. change of layer, speed, service type or price)
